Grace Luiso is a graduate of Chapman University, where she earned a BFA in Dance Performance with a minor in Leadership Studies. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with Honors in both her major and minor and was inducted into the National Honor Society for Dance Arts. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Grace trained extensively in both studio and professional settings before continuing her dance education in California. Grace has performed in a variety of professional settings, including the film Remain starring Jake Gyllenhaal and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade alongside Jimmy Fallon and The Roots. As a choreographer, she has presented work at the Journey Dance Awards in New York City and has choreographed for World of Dance Los Angeles, as well as studios across the United States. She has trained under and performed works by renowned choreographers and educators including Kayla Kalbfleisch, Derrick Schrader, Jackie Sleight, Dwight Rhoden, Lloyd Culbreath, Sarah O'Gelby, Alexander Chung, and more. Most recently, she performed Culbreath’s staging of Sophisticated Ladies: Rockin’ in Rhythm at the Musco Center for the Arts. In addition to her performance career, Grace has taught and choreographed for competitive and recreational dancers of various ages and levels across the United States. Her teaching emphasizes strong technical foundation, artistry, and confidence, with a focus on creating a supportive and challenging learning environment. Grace served as President of the Chapman University Dance Team, choreographing and leading the team to its 17th consecutive National Title in 2026. She has also been an active member of Chapman’s Stilettos club, further developing her versatility as both a performer and leader. Following graduation, Grace relocated to Los Angeles, persuing a career in commercial dance and continuing to remain dedicated to dance education, mentorship, and inspiring the next generation of dancers.
